This is a tool I wrote for the Kemphues lab to show some relevant information about each of the clones in a genomic RNAi library. The main tool is a plate browser which allows one to view or print sheets of information regarding the 96 clones on any plate in a library. A rudimentary search function is also included. The package also includes a set of scripts for Unix shells, used to recompile the database flatfile from text files downloaded from Wormbase.
The program consists of a single monolithic html file and javascript flatfile database. Since this tool falls into the "just barely works at all" category and has no documentation, I am hesistant to release it as-is. If you think it might be useful to you for your lab, or just as an example of bizzare coding practices, send me an email.

Platypus Wrapper for 7za (7-zip all platforms)

rather trivial code, for decompression only; compiled with platypus. It works just like OS X 10.3+'s built in unzipping support.

Installation: Copy to your Applications directory, and double click once. Also gives 7-zip files a swanky icon.
